Ferreli L. McGilvary, Data & Compliance Officer, Minority Women Business Enterprise

Ferreli L. McGilvary commenced his tenure with the Guilford County MWBE department in December 2023, initially as the Outreach Specialist and Marketing Manager, subsequently assuming the role of Data & Compliance Officer. Prior to his engagement with Guilford County, Ferreli held positions within the University of North Carolina System, at North Carolina A&T State University, North Carolina Central University, and Elizabeth City State University.

In addition to his institutional roles, Ferreli is distinguished as a serial entrepreneur, having embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 8 with the establishment of New Beginnings Print Shop. Over the years, he has cultivated a diverse portfolio under Ferreli McGilvary Enterprises, LLC, a conglomerate housing various subsidiaries specializing in a spectrum of services including website development, graphic design, E-commerce Apparel, Mobile Notary & Loan Signing, Event Planning & Production & Rentals, as well as Leadership & Personal Development, Consultation & Facilitation.  Ferreli is an Authorized Dealer and Certified Facilitator for Wiley’s Everything Disc.

Ferreli earned a Baccalaureate degree from North Carolina A&T State University in 2005 and an Executive Master of Public Administration from North Carolina Central University in 2017.
