Meet Some More New Members

By Pat Vreeland, Contributor

This is a second installment for you to learn more about some of our newest members who joined the club in 2017 and late 2016!  If you haven’t already met them, please do.  They are great!

Diana Hardy was a Rotarian previously in Kinston and sponsored here by Doug Copeland. An accountant with a BS and Masters from NC State, she is the Audit Manager for Rives & Associates, a job that requires much travel. She serves on the Young CPA Cabinet of the NC Associations of Certified Public Accountants and volunteers for the Distinguished Young Woman Scholarship Program (DYW). She loves the arts as well as being active, enjoying running, weight training, and yoga.

Tom McDonough, sponsored by Bobby Bain, is the Chief Operation Officer of Tanger Outlets. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School; his main interests are basketball and golf, and he has coached girls basketball at Our Lady of Grace School as well as served on their finance committee.  In California, where he and his wife Jodi lived prior to moving to Greensboro, he had numerous volunteer experiences, including being the president of both the Irvine, CA Chamber of Commerce and the Irvine Children’s Fund.

Erica Procton was sponsored by Bert Davis, Jr., and is the Corporate Development Associate at Green Hill Gallery.  Originally from Long Island, she has a BS in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.  She has volunteered at the Greensboro Day School when her sons were younger and has been extremely involved with the Community Foundation of Greensboro and Weatherspoon Art Museum.  In her spare time she loves to travel, cook, read, bike walk, and spend time with her family and friends.  For more, see her Spotlight on the club website.
