Trends in Obstetrics and Impact on New Hospital Design
Susan Pedaline, DNP, MS, RNC serves as Chief Nursing Officer for Cone Health Women’s Hospital and Vice-President of Maternal-Child Services for Cone Health. She joined Cone Health in 2012.
Dr. Pedaline earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA, a Masters of Professional Leadership from Carlow College, Pittsburgh, PA, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Slippery Rock University, Slippery Rock, PA, and a Diploma in Nursing from Shadyside Hospital School of Nursing, Pittsburgh, PA.
She is a Fellow in the Academy GE Fellows for Nurse Executives. She is a member of the Board of the Guilford County Coalition on Infant Mortality. She was one of North Carolina’s Great 100 Nurses in 2016 and was named one of the Triad Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business in 2016. Dr. Pedaline has over three decades of experience in maternal-child nursing and a passion for leadership development.
