Anthony Bass, a Greensboro native, has been associated with StepUp Greensboro snice 2011. After being a StepUp volunteer, he served as the Employer Recruiter, Jobs Readiness Coordinator and Programs Director. Anthony is now the Executive Director of StepUp Greensboro.

Nancy Godwin, a former educator, is a StepUp volunteer and is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors.
