The FBI in North Carolina
Adam Scholtz entered on duty with the FBI in 2004 and was stationed in Mobile, Alabama investigating White Collar Crime and Public Corruption cases. In 2008, Scholtz transferred to the Chicago Division and the Joint Terrorism Task Force. In 2010, he was transferred to FBI Headquarters and promoted to Supervisory Special Agent, assigned to the Domestic Terrorism Operations Unit.
Since 2012, Scholtz has been located in the Greensboro area as the Supervisory Senior Resident Agent. Prior to the FBI, he was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. Scholtz is a graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC.
