Greensboro Rotary Foundation Gives the Gift of Reading to Sumner Elementary School

Author Carey Pahel reading and Sumner Elementary teacher recording a video to be made available on Sumner’s website for their students and families viewing. Two hardback children’s books authored by Carey, a Greensboro Rotary club member, were donated by our club foundation to Sumner for distribution to every first grade student and teacher. The books will be retained by the students for their home library and used by the teachers in their reading classes.
