Ed Regensburg has been a resident, business owner, and Real estate investor in the Triad for over 25 years.  His company Alert Construction does repairs and remodeling work for over 600 Realtors and their clients’ homes throughout the Triad. He also has built several subdivisions of homes here as well. Ed is a member of local business and civic organizations including the Greensboro Merchants Association, Greensboro and High Point Realtors Associations, Triad Real Estate Investors Association and the Greensboro Better Business Bureau – where he served on the BBB Board of Directors for three years. Ed also served as Vice President of Triad Real Estate Investors Association, a non-profit organization, where he taught individuals the ins and outs of Real Estate investing.

Ed loves to fly and originally moved to the Triad to go to the GTCC Aviation Program where he got his license. Ed has been flying for over 25 years. His flying allows him to do charitable work as a volunteer with Angel Flights, as well as with Pilots and Paws. Angel flights is an organization where pilots volunteer their time and their airplanes to fly adults and children to hospitals for medical treatment, they need that otherwise they couldn’t afford. Pilots and Paws donates time and an airplane to fly adopted animals to new homes. Ed recently flew numerous missions for Operation Airdrop, flying supplies to hurricane ravaged NC Coast last year

No matter where Ed, is you will always find his companion and true CEO of Alert Construction “Noodle” a rescued Goldendoodle by his side.
