State Championship Teams Recognized

On April 3, 2019, the Greensboro Rotary Club recognized the Southeast Guilford High School’s Women’s Basketball Team for their 2019 NCHSAA 3A State Championship. The Lady Falcons finished the season with a 28-3 record.  It was Coach Rachel Clark’s first state championship as a coach.

On April 10, 2019, the Greensboro Rotary Club recognized the Southwest Guilford High School Men’s Basketball Team for their 2019 NCHSAA 3A State Championship. The Cowboys finished the 2018-2019 campaign with an undefeated 32-0 record. It was Coach Guy Shavers’ second state championship as a coach. 

The championship teams were also featured on Cox Toyota’s digital billboard on I-85. The pictures below were displayed.
