The Greensboro Rotary Club recognized the Northwest Guilford Lady Vikings for their 2017 4A Women’s State Championship at its club luncheon meeting on Wednesday, March 22. Assistant Coach Mike Everett, and student athletes Cayla King and Elizabeth Kitley represented the championship team. Northwest Guilford beat previously unbeaten Southeast Raleigh High School, and in fact they are the only team to beat the Northern Guilford Lady Nighthawks (2017 3A Women’s State Champions), who was recognized last week by our Club for its achievements.
