Building on Our Strengths to Envision Our Future
This will be a special, facilitated club meeting using an appreciative, strength-based process to facilitate structured conversations at each table. Members will share stories about peak experiences as a Rotarian to discover the strengths, successes, and value of Rotary membership. Members will also explore the opportunities and possibilities that lie before us as we imagine the future we want to create.
Through this Appreciative Inquiry, qualitative data will be generated, collected, and used for club planning as well as for input for the District 7690 strategic planning being led by Assistant Governor Slade Lewis. This session is guaranteed to be uplifting and engaging as we celebrate the best of what Rotary is and imagine what it could be.
