Greensboro – The year in review and things to come
Mayor Nancy Vaughan is a long-time Greensboro civic leader, dedicated to building stronger neighborhoods for the betterment of the community at large. Her emphasis in both her private and public lives has always been on economic development and as a champion for communities with inadequate resources. As mayor her key focus areas are; public safety, neighborhood development, enhanced infrastructure, workforce development and jobs. Nancy serves on numerous Boards and Commissions to better serve the people of Greensboro. She was elected mayor in 2013 and was previously a two term at-large representative and a two term District 4 representative.
