Grace Thompson, President/CEO, Junior Achievement of the Triad

Inspiring Tomorrow’s Future

Grace Thompson is a leader in non-profit youth work in the Triad footprint and has recently been hired as the President/CEO of Junior Achievement of the Triad. Grace graduated from Pensacola Christian College with an Elementary Education degree and worked in the classroom to begin her career. After extensive volunteerism with the Fort Walton Beach Boys and Girls Club, she relocated to Greensboro to begin work at the Greensboro Boys and Girls Club. After serving as a Club Director, and Director of Operations, she began leading as Executive Director in 2020. During this time, Grace served on several national BGC project committees and was recognized as the North and South Carolina Executive Director of the Year in 2022. Grace has served on several Young Professional boards since 2019 and is currently the President of the Greensboro Jaycees.
