Marta Mitchell is the founder and owner of Marta Mitchell Interior Design (MMID). She has Degrees in Interior Design; she is a Certified Color Consultant; and she has been awarded many prestigious American Society of Interior Design (ASID) “Excellence in Design Awards”. She is a Greensboro Rotary Club Member and Paul Harris Fellow Recipient; Member of the Women Presidents Organization; Member of the Greensboro Builders Association; and has been recognized by the Triad Business Journal with awards for “Women in Business” and “Most Admired CEO”.

Marta Mitchell Interior Design has been based in Greensboro for the past 30 years and specializes in both residential and commercial projects. While most of their business is in the Triad, they have also been commissioned to do projects along the East Coast (New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Washington, Charleston, Kiawah Island, Hilton Head, Pinehurst, Asheville, Boone, etc.)

Marta’s team typically has 50 to 60 projects underway. These include: new construction; renovating existing homes; designing beach and mountain homes; kitchen and bathroom remodeling; commercial projects (banks, universities, hotels, institutional, legal, medical, etc.); downsizing projects (senior citizens who are moving to Assisted Living facilities like Well Spring Retirement Community); and many others.
