Our safety, Our jobs, Our Future
Justin Outling fell in love with Greensboro attending UNCG and chose to make it his home, along with his college sweetheart Cora and their two children. Outling, a partner at Brooks Pierce Law Firm, has served on the Greensboro Council since 2015 as the District 3 representative. He is a proud Spartan and roots for Duke as a graduate of Duke Law. Justin can be described as forward-thinking but grounded-in-reality. On City Council he has taken the lead advocating for better housing, better targeted incentives for business growth, police reform and an all-encompassing Non-Discrimination Ordinance. He understands that progress is achieved step-by-step. Justin believes that Greensboro has the foundation to be the best Mid-Size City in America and needs effective leadership to make it happen.
